Dental School Days in Pittsburgh, PA
Ian had recently moved out of his small apartment on Darragh Street to live with one of his closest friends (and now groomsman) across the city. Meanwhile, Hannah was arriving in Pittsburgh to start dental school.
Unbeknownst to either of them, Hannah and her best friend (and now a maid of honor) had just moved into Ian’s former apartment as its new tenants.
Hannah & Ian first met at the dental school welcome party, where they instantly connected and became inseparable.
When Ian picked Hannah up for their first date—a concert—he was shocked to enter the same building…walk onto the same floor… and step into the very bedroom he had lived in just days earlier.
As he took in his old room, now occupied by Hannah, he noticed a striking peacock portrait on Hannah’s wall—the same wall where his own painting of a girl and a peacock had once hung.
Ever since, they’ve joked that the peacock is their unofficial matchmaker.
They spent the last of their school years together..
running off on weekend trips as often as they could

Now, they live together in an old Cork Factory
with their cat, Princess Miriam
Currently, they are both dentists in the city they fell in love in - throwing down in their kitchen, loving their cat & fish, and seeing the world whenever they can.
